Design/Design DevelopmentAt Laber Architects we work with our clients, identifying their requirements from which the design will be developed. Using the latest 3-D and building information modelling (BIM) software allows us to create detailed photographic quality renderings, animations, and accurate material cost estimates from initial concepts to the completed construction drawings.
Construction DocumentsWe use AutoCad and Revit to create precise construction drawings, providing a framework for cost effectiveness and efficient design. Construction documents are prepared for obtaining building permits, and for contractors to accurately bid and construct the project.
Bid and Contract NegotiationWe enable the process by providing contractors and construction managers the current contract documents and other information required to accurately identify costs.
Construction administrationWe facilitate the construction contract by providing clarification and responses to requests for information (RFI’s), verifying the work conforms with the construction documents and monitoring project quality.
